How to Follow on Twitter
Twitter blocked at school? Follow these instructions
You do not need to access twitter.com at school to get the updates. Join Twitter from home or the library and set up your Twitter account to send you email updates. "Follow" only those posters whose posts you don't mind showing up in your mailbox. You may have to add the Twitter email address to your email address book to keep them from being filtered out by the spam filter. If you then "follow" NIU_STEM, our "tweets" should show up in your mail box. This should work even with your school district email, but if you can access another email account from work, you might want to use that address, rather than the school district account.
