Brian Vollmert is Director of Education and Training for Northern Illinois University Outreach. In this position, Brian is responsible for the coordination of off-campus regional courses, development of training and noncredit programs, delivery of conference services at the University's three IACC certified Outreach Centers, and new business development for the division of Outreach. Brian spends much of his time cultivating partnerships with associations, companies, government agencies, and professional organizations.

Brian brings nearly twenty years experience in business development and marketing, the past thirteen at Northern Illinois University serving in a myriad of roles related specifically to outreach and adult and continuing education. Brian continues to spend much of his time cultivating partnerships with associations, companies, government agencies, and professional organizations.

As Director of the Association Resource Center, or ARC, Brian champions the Center’s efforts throughout the university, higher education and the association community while joining and supporting his colleagues in their efforts to accomplish the mission of identifying, creating and acting upon opportunities for collaboration and mutual benefits between the association community and higher education.
