The Great Lakes VA Hospital is located at the southeast corner of Buckley Road (137) and Green Bay Road (131). The entrance is located off of Buckley Road. The motorcycle safety courses are being conducted in Building 48, located about two blocks east of Green Bay Road (Rte. 131) on the south side of Buckley Road (Rte. 137). To access the facility, make the first right at the main entrance for the Great Lakes VA Hospital off of Buckley Rd., go past the guard shack and turn left. Follow the roadway around to first street and turn left. Go to first parking on left and Bldg. 48 will be at the north end of the parking lot. Enter Bldg. 48 from the east end (right side from the parking lot) and the classroom will be in the first room on the right.
NOTE: Attendance may be restricted or cancelled as dictated by possible increases in security requirements at the Great Lakes Naval Station.
Remember, you must be in the classroom before roll call at 6 p.m. or you will lose your seat.
